At the end of this presentation, the participant will be able to:

  1. Identify common medication discrepancies. 

  2. Evaluate sample medication histories and practice identifying and correcting errors within the scope of a pharmacy technician and pharmacist.

  3. Describe the impact of high-quality medication histories on accreditation standards and organizational goals.
